Acne occurs when the bacteria on a clogged skin pore grows. This causes inflammation which gives rise to pimples. By washing your face you will be removing dirt, and using lukewarm water the sebum from skin will dissolve and the bacteria too will be washed away. For deeper cleansing, use a mild cleanser which suits your skin type. Clean and Clear face wash is a good mild cleanser. You can wash your face with a face wash twice a day. Rest of the day you can use lukewarm water to wash your face. In case you don't have lukewarm water, plain tap water will do.

The best acne treatment product when you have pimples is Johnson & Johnson Persa Gel. This is a classic product which has been used to get rid of acne. It works for sensitive skin too. However, another great product is DDF BP Gel 5% with tea tree oil. Try out both to see which one suits you.

You can also use ice on the zits in case you have to go to a party or any important occasion. Ice will reduce the inflammation, and acne is an inflammatory skin condition. This will make the zits look smaller. Using regular scrubs and face mask for acne-prone skin will improve your complexion further. Also, physical activity everyday for half an hour will help. Also, remember these tips to prevent breakouts. Don't touch your face. If you want to scratch an itch, then use the back of the hand, as it is less dirty. Keep changing your pillow cover every day. Avoid sharing cosmetics with anybody. If you are traveling or keep getting acne during your periods, then take additional care by keeping your skin clean, and keep the acne treatment products handy. Wedding is the main event in someone life and it remembers throughout life, Different culture and religion of the world and their follower celebrate their wedding night in different ways according to their own culture or religion guidelines. Marriage night is a special night in bride and groom life and they want to celebrate in the way that it remembers for a long time. Although the newly wed couple is excited about their wedding first night, but other than this couple the family members, friends and relatives are also excited and curious about the bride and groom night. They all want to know that what have happened in this particular night.

The societies and cultures have their own limitations and sometime religious bans on discussing wedding first night however, about all knows their culture and tradition about first wedding night. In subcontinent culture it is unique and very excited because here the bride and grooms the first time meet in that particular night and before this, they do not know each other and even they have not seen each other. The reason behind this is that the society and culture does not permit this that a young boy and girls talk with each other. Although in some families the engagement ceremony also performed before marriage however, both finances cannot talk with each other.

In subcontinent region the newly wed couple meet each other first time in their life on the occasion of wedding night and they are very shy and feel uncomfortable in that particular night. They hesitate in talking and exchanging views, but they try to understand each other personality. In first wedding night a room is reserved for bride and groom in the house and it is decorated with furniture and other necessary households. In that reserved room the bride wait for groom and she is alone in that room. It is custom in this region that the groom enter into bride room in late hours of the night.

On his arrival in the room he bless the bride and present a nice and outstanding expensive gift to bride or some time he may pay in cash which would be a handsome amount. It is up to the groom that what he presents to bride and usually it would be a gold ring or any gold item. It is also a custom that there is something for their dinner or a sweet dish or ordinary sweets, milk is also there for both bride and groom. After the exchanging, the gift they try to talk with each other. In first wedding night intercourse is not compulsory, but they enjoy their company and with the passage of time they understand each other.

Aksar log yeh chahte hain ke werzish na kerni pere aur sirf dawai se hi wazan kam ho jaey. In dawaion se aadmi ki sehat bilkul tabah ho ker reh jati hai aur who umer se pehle hi budha lagne lagta hai. Aadmi yeh nahi sochta ke in dawaion ko istemal ker ke who so terah ki aur beemariyon ko dawat de raha hai aur ho sekta hai ke un dawaion se bhi zyada paise un ke after effects ko sahi kerna ke liye kherch ho jaeyein.

Insaan ko chahiye ke jaisey aap karobar ke liye time nikalte hain theek waise hi werzish ke liye bhi thora time nikalien werna admi motapey ki terf mail hota chela jata hai.

Motape ko kam kerne ke chand asool neeche likhe hain.

Hafte mien 3 bar kam ez kam 30 minute walk zaroor kerein.

Apne khane mien gosht ki bajey sabzio ka istemal kerein.
Din mein kuch baadam zaroor khaeyein.
Rat ko sone se pehle skimmed milk ka ek glass pi lein.
Koshish kerein ke doodh balai ke bagair istemal kerein.
Dopehar ko khane mein salad khaeyein.
Hotel khana khane jaeyein to chikni aur fried cheezon ki bajein grilled machli ya phir zyada sabzi wali cheez khaeyeiin.
Hafte mein 2 bar machli ka istemal zaroor kerein.
Khane mein red meat ki bajey white meat ka istemal kerein.
Din mein kam em kam 8-12 glass pani zaroor piyein.
Agar aap zaya chai peen eke aadi hain to 2 cup chai se zyada na pieyein kyunke is mein caffeine hota hai aur who bhi weight kam nahi hone deta.
