Amla dry,ritha aur berie kay petay hum wasan lay kar 4 tola pani mein josh day kar thanda kar kay rakh ligiay , iss say har 3 roz bal dhonay say bal lambay aur kaallay ho gatay hain.
Bal dhonay say 1 ghunta pahilay in mei oil laganay say bal mullaim aur musboot hotay hain. Sir dhonay say pahilay sir ko bhaamp dain, 2-3 towels lay kar in ko garam pani mei tar kar kay bari bari sir par rakhain, iss kay forun baad garam zaitoon ka oil sir mei lagain aur sir ki malish karain.phir shampoo say sir dholain. yeh amal week mei 2 bar zaroor karain. Sir dhonay say 2 hours pahilay baloon ki roots mei dahi lagalain aur iss say achi tarhan malish karain, 2 hours ka baad baloon ko kissi achay shampoo say dholain. Sonay say qabal aik paao doodh mei chund qatray badam ka oil aur cheeni mila kar pinay say baloon ka safaid hona rokh jata hai. Sikkakaii, mash ki daal aur methi pees kar iss say sir dhonay say bal ziada nahi girtay aur baloon ka safaid hona bhi khatum ho jata hai.
Raat ko sonay say pahilay lemoo ka rus aur iss kay hum wasan glycerin lay kar baloon ki root mei lagain aur subha ko sir dholain. Narial (coconut) oil mei lemoo ka rus milakar istamal karnay say balloon ko chumkdar banaya jasakta hai. Dahi mei thoda sa meetha oil dal kar sir dhonay say 30 min qabal khoob muliay aur phir neem garam pani say dholain,tamaam khushki dor hojaige. Raat ko sonay say qabal sir mei zaitoon kay oil ki malish karain aur subha sir dholain. Sar ke bal (hair) insan ki shakhsiat aur khubsurti (beauty) main numaya kirdar ada karty hain. In ki hifazat aur banawat is lehaz se aham tawaju ki hami hai. Khas kar khawateen apni balo ki hifazat ke mamly main buhat hasas hoti hain, aur nat nae tareeqy azmati hain ke in ke bal chamakdar aur khubsurat lagy ta ke in ki shakhsiat main nikhar ay.
