Insaan ko chahiye ke jaisey aap karobar ke liye time nikalte hain theek waise hi werzish ke liye bhi thora time nikalien werna admi motapey ki terf mail hota chela jata hai.

Double Cleansing:
The essential step for beautiful skin

Two types of impurities lodge onto our skin:
Oil-based substances such as excess sebum and makeup.
Water-based substances such as old skin cells, dust, bacteria, and perspiration.
A thorough cleansing program must purge both types of impurities. This is why the Kanebo Cosmetics cleansing method has two steps. We call this “Double Cleansing.”
First, a cleanser (e.g., cleansing oil) brings oil-based substances such as excess sebum and makeup to the skin surface. These cleansers are also available as creams, gels, or milks. Choose the type most pleasant for you.
Second, a facial soap or wash envelops the impurities with an abundant lather and washes away water-based substances such as old skin cells, dust, bacteria, and perspiration.

Tips for effective double cleansing
Cleanser
Apply a suitable amount of cleanser on your dry hands and face.
(If using a cleansing cream, dispense a dab of about 2.5 cm in diameter (about 3 g). If using a cleansing oil, press the pump two to three times to dispense 2 – 3 ml.)
First, apply the cleanser in five places: the forehead, each cheek, the ridge of the nose, and the chin. Next, gently massage it into the skin in circular strokes, dissolving the impurities and drawing them out from within the skin. If cleansing lipsticks and eye makeup, use a makeup cleanser to ensure gentle removal from delicate areas such as the lips and eyes.
Even if not wearing makeup at all, the skin tends to get oilier during the day. Therefore, the first step of double cleansing is also recommended as care for excessive sebum.
Rinse away with lukewarm water.

Facial soap or wash
There are many types of facial soaps or wash to choose from. Some have creamy or milky textures. Others take solid or powdery soaps forms. Some even come out of their containers as instant foams.
For ideal cleansing effects, follow two basic rules: never press too hard and never let your hands or fingers directly touch your face.
If using creamy soap, dispense a dab of about 2 cm in diameter (about 2 g). Apply the soap on your hand, add a bit of water, then work up a rich lather in your palm.
Next, massage this cushion of lather over the face, stroking in small circles. Spend a few extra moments on the forehead and sides of the nose, where more impurities are prone to gather. Remember to massage gently. Pressing or rubbing too hard may irritate the skin or cause roughness or dark spots.
Rinse

Don't forget to carefully rinse your face after cleansing. Rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove all lather residue from the skin. The ideal water temperature is 36 to 39˚C. Water too hot will tighten and dry the skin, while water too cold will close up the pores and trap the residue lather inside. Carefully wash the hairline, where lather is likely to remain. Be sure to rinse carefully, as residue can cause breakouts.
